LEARN MORE

Our mining facilities currently include nine operating mines located in the Zachodniopomorskie and Lubuskie Voivodeships. Each of them is based on a different deposit, which is why the methods of their extraction are different. One common feature of all the mines is attention paid to all stages of production, so as to get high quality material, at the same time showing care for the environment which surrounds us.

BIELINEK MINE

The Bielinek mine is the largest and the longest-operating mining facility of our Company. It is located on the lands of the Bielinek and Piasek surveying districts, Cedynia Municipality, near the Odra river, in the Cedynia Landscape Park and in the Nature 2000 areas: Lower Oder Valley (PLB 320003) and Lower Oder (PLH 320037). The extraction of aggregate proceeds with the use of a suction dredger. The facility sells sands (washed, fill sand) and gravels of the following grain sizes: 2-8, 8-16 and 16-32. The sand from Bielinek is highly regarded because of its fine grains, which we were able to obtain due to the use of proper devices (dewaterers). A considerable part of the land which the mine consists of has already undergone land rehabilitation aimed at a water recreation function.

REGALICA SHORE SALES POINT

The Regalica Shore is one of the sale points of gravels and sand, belonging to the Szczecin Mines of Mineral Resources Joint-Stock Company. The aggregates offered at the Shore are produced in the Bielinek mine near Cedynia and delivered to Szczecin by water ? on barges. This is definitely the cheapest means of transportation, which causes the prices of materials offered by us to be competitive. The activity of the Regalica Shore is primarily focused on serving individual clients. Transport to the client is handled by cars with load capacity of 3 to 26 tonnes. Each vehicle is weighed on an electronic weighbridge mounted at the shore. The large fleet of vehicles which we have at our disposal also lets us deliver aggregate to smaller and larger construction companies, as well as huge corporations producing concrete.
